Very clean, noisy, some basic information not supplied
My room was on the 11th floor - thank goodness, as it would otherwise have been impossible to sleep with the relentless noise of the traffic on the enormous road outside! The room was very clean, comfortable bed and very welcome bath-tub which filled really quickly. The reception staff were very pleasant when I arrived, but slightly less helpful when I had a query - upon entering my room it seemed that none of the light switches worked when turned on, and there were no instructions of any kind either on the wall or in the paper information about the facilities. Returning to the desk eventually I was made to feel like an idiot - 'oh, but didn't you put your card in the slot'??! Not too sure how I was supposed to know to do this.... We ate in the restaurant which was understaffed and service took ages, even to be seated, but the food was nice if nothing special. I would stay here again, as long as it were possible to be sure of a room higher-up - it's extremely convenient for the station (2 minutes walk), if that's a primary concern as it was for my booking.

The Jury's out!
Fantastic Value and great receptionist Michael. Good breakfast. Shower water pressure very disappointing for such a classy place. Receptionist (not Michaeal) was not interested..said its always like that in the morning..not acceptable. However I have booked again as everything else was great.

One night stay but could only book in after midnight due to attending function. This was no problem at all and cannot fault this hotel on our first stay.
Close to city centre , train station and all sporting venues a walk away.
