Heathlands Hotel
The room was very tired, in need of updating. Bathroom was dirty. It was freezing cold, after reporting this to reception was told heating didn't come on till between 6-7pm but they could give us a fan heater, to then be told that didn't work so to wait till heating came on! Then the hearing never came on, no help from reception staff. Had to sleep in clothes, emailed complaint to hotel and didn't even bother to respond. In freezing conditions outside like it was, this is not acceptable, the room was not fit for purpose, and offered no help by the hotel staff. Very disappointed, unhappy paying for this room, ruined a special night away

Disappointing after staying there in the past. Shower but no curtain so really no shower. First night cold water to bath. Warmer second night but very slow running throughout. Very small T.V. One chair only in room. Decoration required

Pleasant Stay.
The hotel is nice and spacious and it's so close to the beach. The rooms are also spacious and they are clean and simple. Value for money is the correct term.
