value for money, beautiful room full of character
This hotel was gorgeous and the room was so light and airy.
It felt like we were really experiencing Hove. What a great location and room - we would definitely stay again.
Not so good
No water pressure to have a shower.
The shower head in room 4o8 would not even stay in position. Well overpriced hotel.
Pleasant functional room.
The room was tired, as expected fir the price, but the TV did not function, no one available to fix it, offered different room, packed bags, moved, only to find room uncleaned, so went back to first room, unpacked again, ....
Disgruntled and tired by then, ( but I did ask for a free continental breakfast instead)

The hotel was fine, probably further from the town centre than we would have liked.
We had a problem with our booking, we pre-paid and included breakfast but at reception they said we were room only, even when I produced my late rooms receipt, which clearly included breakfast, they were reluctant to agree. We did get breakfast, but then they weren't happy because we went at 9:08 and breakfast apparently finished at 9, which we weren't told about.
My first stay at the Imperial Hotel
Greeted with friendly professional receptionist.
All staff very polite and always happy to help.
Had a lovely stay at the Imperial Hotel in Brighton.
Very good value for money. Would return.
Needed a room & quickly found what I needed & where I needed it.
Hotel room wasn't anything special.
But for 60 pound it didn't need to be. Can imagine the other rooms are better, cleaners need a bit of a boot on fine details though
