The Royal Adelaide Hotel was built for the consort of William IV, Queen Adelaide in the early 19th century, and has offered the highest standards of hospitality for over 100 years. Now, as a modern hotel, the elegant Georgian building stands as one of the crowning glories of 21st Century Windsor, with each bedroom offering flat screen television, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, tea and coffee making facilities, irons and boards, hairdryer and room service! Located opposite the 'Long Walk', our pristine hotel (set in a beautiful residential area) is a short, scenic stroll from the town centre and Windsor castle itself. So if you are sightseeing or shopping in Windsor the hotel is in the perfect location. Heathrow airport's a short haul away, and we are the perfect match for weddings or conferences In Berkshire. As for staff, ours are the latest in a long line of professional, friendly characters who go out of their way to make you feel at home. Okay not bad but not great.
In all the hotel wasn't that bad the receptionist was friendly and helpful. I found the room small and the double was very small and uncomfortable. The bathroom was good and clean however the plumbing was very noisey when you flushed it.

Excellent receptionist and extremely helpful. Great value accommodation!
Positives: Great value for money incl breakfast. Rooms comfortable and clean. All the staff are very helpful but the receptionist is extremely effecient and helpful. 10 minute walk into the centre of Windsor.
Negatives: limited parking. Was asked if i booked and Late rooms didnt declare a need for booking. Had to park in the multi storey 10 minutes away.
Annoyingly keeping the front door open which made eating breakfast very drafty. Asked three times to shut door.
Rooms are small for two people, but functional.

Receptionist very welcoming.
Room smallish but clean and bright.
Bed too smallfor a couple.
Overcharged on drinks from the bar.
Breakfast nice and hot. Coffee bitter.
