Our stay at the Queen Hotel

Stay was good staff were friendly room was very clean, my only criticism was there was no parking on site an would of prefered to have a separate checking in area than right next to the bar, overall stay was very good.

Exceeded Expectations

The rooms are excellent, very large and clean.

I didn't really know what to expect booking a wetherspoons, I expected budget accommodation really and would have been happy with that but wow, I was super impressed. I would definitely stay here again and would book another wetherspoons hotel without a doubt. No noise either, the rooms were quiet and I just couldn't believe the size of the room or the bathroom. Massive!

Fantastic place to stay

room was lovely, staff were delightful both day and at night.

4 star ratings I saw online were correct.

The hotel itself was excellent however one particular member of the bar staff was rude and unpleasant.

We arrived late due to a breakdown, the guy who booked us in was pleasant and polite and said we could eat in the bar taking my 16 year old granddaughter with us. We were subsequently told by this young woman that it was too late to eat and that my granddaughter was not allowed in the bar. We were too tired to complain at the time. It was not so much the refusal but the manner in which she told us.

Superb Accommodation - Best in Farnborough and Aldershot

Was bit uneasy about this booking initially but what a fantastic surprise.

Beat most good 4-star hotels hands down with regards to the quality and ambience of the rooms. Totally modern. Extremely comfortable. All mod cons. Great TV. Superbly equipped bathroom and best shower (rainfall) used for years. Loads of pressure and hot hot hot water. As its a pub/restaurant expected noise, heard nothing. Air con best used in years. Girl who checked me in on Monday around 7:00 pm was great. She was extremely busy in bar area but went out her way to climb two flights stairs and drop off iron and board when I popped out. I had told her I would get it on my return. Quality. Would love to stay here on long term basis of could strike a deal rather than Travelodges. No hesitation recommending to anyone. Singles or couples. 10/10 no question.

Great hotel but parking a pain

As above, you can't knock the rooms with all the ameniites you need with a great TV, wifi and bathroom, food always reasonably priced with some good deals, along with drinks, but the only downside was the parking.

We had to use Morrisons which is a fair walk away for overninght parking but that's risky as your not supposed to. Shame really as the hotel really, is spot on. Staff helpful as usual, but we are not spring chickens and the room was on the top floor which was not easy for us, but coped so did not need to ask to change, might be worth noting though if you do struggle. Positive ending note, once again the room was fine a lot better than any budget hotel.

Queens hotel - Aldershot

Stayed here for 4 nights, can't really fault it at all, only thing I can say negative wise is the bathroom door didn't close and the handle came off, also had to keep going to reception as the door key area stopped working after 11am each day.

Other than that the stay was perfect, room was immaculate, bed lovely and comfy, great shower. The bottled water was a nice touch, would have no trouble recommending this hotel and would def stay again
