Very good B&B
Excellent service, good location to continue our trip to Luton airport.
Twin room with excellent shower and good breakfast bits and pieces.
Coming from a quiet country location we found the traffic noise although a couple of hundred meters away was intrusive. Would recommend ear plugs if you want to keep the windows open.

Very pleasant accommodation in a convenient location. Our only complaint would be that there was no ITV reception on the TV (trying to watch World Cup match before we went out). We weren't expecting breakfast but DIY cereals, milk and juice were provided. Good value for money.
