Could not have asked for more from an overnight stay...everything was perfect.

Outstanding customer service, lovely clean facilities and excellent value for money. We stayed in the Old Office which is beautiful. We hope to stay again if we are in the area. Would certainly recommend.

Great place to stay!!

Stayed here for one night, full of character and very comfortable, clean and tidy.

Fridge full of milk, juice, water and plenty for a continental breakfast and a kitchenette to prepare it in. A proper little home from home, would recommend if you don't mind a short drive into MK.

Travellers beware........Do not stay here if you don't want to stay somewhere special!!

Everything about this stay was good from beginning to end.

I booked my 2 night stay at Manor Farm late in the evening on the day before I was travelling. As I wasn't sure what time I would be checking in, I sent an email asking if was ok if I arrived late. Within 5 minutes I had a reply from the owner Amanda advising me I could arrive any time, as entry to the site is via a security code controlled electric gate. Included with that email was my security code, along with detailed directions and a list of restaurant recommendations. As it happened I arrived shortly after 7:00pm and gained access without problem.

I decided to have a look around the room the before unpacking the car.

First impressions were great. The accommodation comprised a large bedroom/sitting room area with 2 armchairs, wardrobe and small dining table. There was a flat screen tv on the wall and the furnishings and decorations were smart and classy. Real wood floors ran throughout. A partition wall separated the kitchen area (complete with kettle and toaster) and toilet from the main room and the large walk in shower was in a further well appointed room. As I knew that the 'Breakfast' element of this upmarket B&B involved making my own breakfast I decided to have a quick look to see what was provided and was impressed by the range and quality of food I found in the kitchen cupboard. This included a range of cereals; coffee and teas (including flavoured); a loaf of 'real' bread; croissants; pots of marmalade, jams and chocolate spread.

I then went out to unpack the car, and as I did, Amanda came out to ask if I was ok with settling in on my own. I said everything was fine and mentioned how impressed I was with the breakfast - at which point she mentioned the fridge (fridge!. - I hadnt seen a fridge!), and that if there was anything different I wanted to just let her know and she would see what she could do. So imagine my delight when I went back in, opened said fridge and found I also had 2 bottles of fruit juice; tapas selection; smoked salmon and cheeses to go with the other stuff I had already found. Truly the provisions to make a breakfast fit for a king!!.

After popping out for tea (I found a nice Indian on the outskirts of Bletchley) I spend a quiet evening in the room watching TV before retiring to the comfortable bed.

All in all a fantastic place to stay. Quieter and more personal than a hotel, but with facilities to be able to have your breakfast on your own at your own pace. And all at a price comparable to a mid priced hotel chain. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Ezxcellent place to stay outside of MK central

Great place to stay if you don't need to be in the City itself as it's a few miles out in the sticks.

But that's the best bit about it. It's a beautiful farm setting, quiet, clean and Anna, the owner is very professional and friendly and leaves you a pukka breakfast kit to spoil yourself in the morning. Highly recommended.

Close to Buckingham and Milton Keynes

An excellent little cottage in which to stay in every single respect.

Fully recommended in every way.
