Nice hotel
The room was lovely and very clean. Location is good for the city (10 mins walk down hill) plus there is a parking.
I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic stay
The guest house was absolutely beautiful, had a very enjoyable stay. Room was kept very clean, one of the only guest houses researched that had a room for 3 people. View from the room overlooked a very well kept garden. Service was excellent, we were made to feel very welcome, owner was polite and friendly, always remembering what we were doing during the day and made conversation. Good choice of food for breakfast. Guest house was situated up a steep hill but plenty of travel options and very close to bath city centre.

Astor House b&b Bath
The room was lovely. A bright and nicely furnished and clean loft room with a very comfy double bed and an ok single bed. The bathroom was warm and clean with plenty of toiletries. The room was a bit dark and quiet for sleeping and there was a tv and a kettle with tea, coffee and even hot chocolate and biscuits. A very nice touch. All the staff were very friendly and the rest of the house was lovely too. The only thing that let Astor House down was the breakfast. Some of the food was old and they had used the microwave for cooking. We would still come back as we loved everything else but they should pay some attention to the breakfast.

Nice, comfortable, peaceful
Business trip so just needed somewhere quiet to relax and this fitted the bill.
Plenty of parking around and only 20mins walk from centre and pubs/restaurants.
Sadly unable to sample breakfasts due to early starts but room was just as required.

Very homely, clean and would stop there again if in vicinity. Only downside is if walking to centre it's a bit of an hill to get there, otherwise very enjoyable stay.
