Upsetting experience. Would not use again.
Room No. 6 looked ok (apart from a strange odour) until I needed the loo in the early hours. The pan was brown and the San-flo maceration system absolutely stank when I flushed it, and I had to sleep with windows open the rest of the night. Woken at 2 am to move my car, although I had been told to put it there. After dressing, was told it was a mistake, it was not my car. Did not use the shower after seeing the loo. No apology from the Manager, about either complaint. Cannot comment on food, as I did not have any. Left at 7.30 am. Could not leave quick enough.
Asked for a refund, but was refused.
