Reviews - BEST WESTERN PLUS Angel Hotel

3AA Assessed Hotel Ratings explained
Market Place, Chippenham, SN15 3HD
The BEST WESTERN PLUS Angel Hotel is an idyllic haven for those seeking rest, relaxation and, well... more relaxation! Superbly located just five miles from the M4 between Bath and Swindon, our 400 year old coaching inn has been sympathetically (and stylishly) extended to add a gym, indoor pool, courtyard garden and bedroom wing to your list of reasons to visit... along with free Wi-Fi! The stylish brasserie, bar and lounge will make you feel at home every night. Almost as much as the friendly staff do! Mix business with pleasure while we mix your favorite drink, and forget the worries of the world as you ease into our heavenly surroundings.

Beautiful hotel and great value
I was taking part in a course close to the hotel and I got a great deal for 2 nights. The room was beautiful, hotel was quiet at night and staff very friendly....a fantastic experience! There isn't much to do or see in Chippenham though

Very comfortable
In general this was a lovely hotel, very clean & staff very friendly, we came here after a day in bath & by 8.30pm the car park was very full (though there was some kind of a party on so perhaps this was why) there were no spaces so cars were just parked anywhere & everywhere but we managed to park as the other cars were - that's the only negative! Heaters were on ready for us, lovely after a day in the rain!

The location was ideal for the family party we were attending in the town. Room very big, beds comfortable. expensive for a one night stay as breakfast was not included in the price!

The Angel, Chippenham
This was the first time I had stayed at the Angel, having stayed at the Stanton Manor a number of times and always been pleased. I decided to try the Angel as they offer a swimming pool and gym, I wasn't disappointed with the room either.
I had an executive room, which was very spacious, clean and well appointed. It wasn't in the main building, but for me this wasn't a problem. crucially not bad value for money and I'd stay again.
