ibis Bristol Centre

Very friendly reception staff, all round good experience.

I think there could be a little more bedding or prettier bedding. Other than that, a good experience and I would definitely stay there again.

Room lovely, excellent cleanliness, comfy bed. Breakfast additional £8.95 was disappointing

As a huge chain of hotels, I would have assumed that a vegetarian option would have been automatically available amongst all the other sausages, eggs, mushrooms etc.

I had to wait an additional 7/8 minutes while they cooked some veggie sausages which meant our other food went cold whilst waiting. The mushrooms were so over cooked and dry that we could not eat them. We paid an additional £8 each for this breakfast and it was a huge disappointment considering the Hotel itself is of such high value and quality.

£130 for a tiny room with disabled facilities

Booked a twin room at full price and was given room 305.

A small purpose built facility for disabled access. Me and my colleague literally had seperate beds about 2 inches apart and one socket for which we had to unplug light to use. Disabled ensuite meant that the shower soaked everything including toilet, towels and clothes. The width around the bed would nt have met acceptable standards for a disabled person to physically manouvre anyway but anyway not an enjoyable experience at all. I complained but the front desk just replied "Yes you ve paid in full and good bye" even though they asked for payment up front and now i can see why, completely fell on deaf ears. Booking this i had no idea we would be getting this.
