My Stay
Arrived 10pm initial impression of hotel not good as reception and outside very dismal and cold and decor not very apealing to me. Phoned hotel for a member of staff to meet me at reception. Was given room key and taken to room by helpful polite member of staff. Room itself perfect for me. Got all the important things, I personally like, right. All very clean and tidy, good heating and radiator stayed on all night, bed very comfortable and had very good nights sleep (bedside lamp did not work but not a problem for me). Room very spacious, peaceful, and plenty of room to move about if you like exercising and streching in the morning like me. Bathroom facilities good. Excellent powerful shower easy to operate and adjust temperature. Bath very small, not full size.
For breakfeast you have to walk outside across to the golf restaurant/bar. Initially a bit disappointed as has phoned hotel prior to staying to make sure the had different fruits and natural yougart breakfast. Made do with cerial and had the vegetarian cooked breakfast which was ok.
Overall I enjoyed my stay, all staff I encountered were pleasant, polite, helpful and friendly. I would definately stay there again if requiring something in that area.

Great Value For Money
I had a bad experience with the local taxi company overcharging me (be prepared for this as seems to be the norm for the area) - they ended up being more expensive than my hotel stay, and the hotel were extremely helpful in insuring I could travel the following day. Lovely large room, very warm and comfortable, great value. The bathroom mat was disgusting but that's the only negative for the room itself.
If I could afford the taxis or if travelling by car I'd be happy to stay again.

You get what you pay for
Good value for two but not for me.
Breakfast was not worth the extra money as it didn't appear to be freshly cooked and I couldn't cut the sausage! Service was good though.
