Staff were amazing
very helpful and so friendly great hotel for a 3 star
A fantastic hotel right in the heart of Drymen just 10 mins from Loch Lomond.
The standard rooms and large and clean with lots of facilities. The food is good with a great selection at breakfast and a restaurant for evening meals. The staff are very friendly and went out of their way to help during our stay. It is great having the fantastic leisure facilities downstairs, we would highly recommend this hotel.
Review of Buchanan arms in Drymen nr Loch Lomond
Had a wonderful stay, staff were helpful friendly and cheerful.
The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. Room was quiet very pleased.
great couple relaxation break
Husband and I were given as a gift as we have 1 year old twins and were a tad frazzled.
Honestly could not have picked somewhere better. A massive comfy bed and fresh cosy feel to room. Spent at least 2hrs in the leisure area just relaxing and then a gorgeous fresh, filling meal in the dining room. Staff were friendly and gauged the timing of meal nicely so didn't feel rushed. Bar area was nice and we sat and chatted the night away on a big cosy couch. Will return :)
Perfect pre Christmas break
We booked this hotel for one night before doing the Christmas shopping in Stirling.
Lovely hotel with great staff and facilities. We used the leisure facilities and we're so glad we did. The room was spacious with a lovely bath/shower. Shower was hot & powerful. Can't wait to return
Partner and I on a golf break .
Didn't go thru usual channels of booking hotel with golf included as weather unpredictable. Fortunately weather ok and found good courses locally at very reasonable (£20) price. Hotel also in good location and has several pubs/ restuarants nearby for those wanting to venture outside of hotel for food
Would stay here again- good value for money
Very comfortable hotel
Although a large hotel, very friendly staff and made welcome.
Nice comfortable room.
girly night away
Had a fantastic time.
My only gripe was the afternoon tea was over priced and the menu advertised on the website as 3 courses for £19.95. This wasnt the case. Otherwise will be going back soon.
Fantastic value for money. Definitely recommend. Great facilities.
We had a fabulous stay booked via booking.com paid £49.50 for double room on a Thursday evening.
We didn't eat in hotel but all the public areas were tasteful and traditionally decorated.
The hotel was very clean. The spa facility was an absolute bonus. A great sized pool for an eay evening and early morning swim. We also used the jacuzzi hot tub and steam room.
Would definitely stay again.
Lovely stay en route to northern isle.enjoyed the leisure facilities, especially the pool.
The meals...dinner and breakfast were excellent. Will definitely stay again, when breaking our journey north.
