Friendly reception staff; the room was clean and bed was very, very comfortable! the free Wi-Fi in the room made a great and refreshing change from the norm - although perhaps a little slow - it was still free!! the complimentary coffee in the bar was an added bonus which I also did not expect! Staff were all extremely pleasant and obliging. Car park, just through the pass door from reception was really useful and very cheap (when the ticket was authorised at reception) I had to pay a huge charge of £5.50 for 24hours!! Now that is good!! Why cannot every hotel do this??!!
Never stayed at an Ibis before - but if this service is anything to go by - I certainly will try them again!
