Ideal for busy Sightseeing London Trip.fabulous Location ,10 mins to buckingham palace!great value for money.comfortable bed,tea/coffee,tv and wifi in room helps after a busy day.bsthroom slightly strange ,like in a plane, but clean.very basic breakfast.would recommend!
Ideal hotel if you don't have a very high budget and have to be in the area for the passport office
Internet could be better and they could have removed masking tape after painting and decorating
But that being said it was comfortable and clean
Good value for money
My 14 year old daughter and I were in London for one night, and the Dover was great for what we needed.
Friendly and helpful staff, nice room - a little small but big enough for the two of us for one night, breakfast was good, hotel was very near to Victoria, and the facility to leave bags after check out was great. The tv in our room didn't work - the staff tried to sort it but couldn't, but did offer us another room with a working tv. I would definitely recommend staying here if you need somewhere warm and comfy to sleep for one or two nights, and you don't want to pay top price.
Everything was perfect.
Breakfast wasn't much. We were served toast and had access to cereal. But for the money, I would definitely stay again!
Cheap and basic
Great value for money.
The room was clean but a little small but I didn't spend too much time there so it was perfect for me. Breakfast was ok nothing more nothing less. Staff were friendly. Would definitely stay here again
Good little budget hotel for overnight stay
A no-frills hotel, good for a one-night stay near to the centre of things.
The rooms are good but the shared areas need a bit of modernisation.
Excellent price, friendly staff, good location
Went down for 2 nights for the NFL at wembley.
Low price for 5 of us in one room. Room was downstairs but was spacious enough for 5. Small bathroom but enough for what you need. 5 min walk to Victoria station. £10 taxi ride from Leicester square or you can walk it. Staff very friendly and couldn't do enough to help 24/7. Would definitely stay again.
Cheap and cheerful accomodation - friendly and helpful staff
Great location being near to Victoria station.
The room was a bit small, but for a single overnight stay it was fine. The room was a be tired, but clean. The continental breakfast was fine, cereal, fresh toast, fruit yogurt, juice and tea/coffee/chocolate.
Traditional English hotel?
Wifi is only for one device, so if there is a few people sharing a room, they need to pay for every other device used during the stay.
There was no information about this when we booked our stay. English breakfast would be really appreciated instead of the continental one. Plastic garden chairs do not fit in the breakfast room. Carpets on the floor and walls in the hotel need to be cleaned. We were missing some shelves in the bathroom and the toilette there was leaking.
What was positive. Possibility to leave our bags after we checked out. There was no charge for it. Big towels for guests. The room had been tidied up while we were out. Beautiful service during our breakfast.
