Best of a bad bunch
Luton is not well served by hotels.
This hotel is okay but it feels very tired. Think the term 'boutique' is pushing it. Nice people and a good breakfast. The public areas upstairs look and feel a bit worn. My room was nice and clean but quite cramped. It's an old building so of course you can't expect the advantages of a purpose built hotel. It's convenient for town and the railway station but situated very close to a busy road and the busy railway itself. It's okay. It's quirky and you might like that sort of thing. But it needs a bit of TLC. I'd recommend it but be aware of its shortcomings.
Hotel is ideally situated for Luton town centre.
Very good food and friendly staff. The room was good and comfortable, but the en-suite tired and run down. Shower door difficult to open and the tray grubby and stained. Beginning to think that hotels save their worst rooms for LateRooms and the like.
Most friendly hotel ever
Staff were very welcoming, food was excellent, accommodation was clean and tidy.
Excellent Hotel & Location for London
We were very pleased with our accommodation.
The breakfasts were excellent value and we had one evening meal, the menu was extensive and the meals were well cooked and well presented. We would stay at the hotel again, the railway station is within easy walking distance of the railway station and the commute to London we would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
overnight stay before catching a flight
room was noisy due to fan from kitchen - no bath towels in room had to ask for them.
TV did not have sound on BBC channels.
modern and great value for money
Only stayed one night but loved the lay out of the room, great size, very modern looking and we'll furnished, room was clean, staff were friendly, would happily stay again!
