Somewhere to retire to at the end of the day
On the plus side, the rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished, the staff are friendly and the carvery meals are excellent value.
However, the location is not ideal as the hotel is cut off from Lewes by being on the wrong side of the A27 dual carriageway. Also, the reception is not staffed after 10pm. Best used as somewhere to retire to at the end of the day, rather than as somewhere from where you might pop into Lewes for an evening.
