our one night stop over

The staff at the hotel were very polite and courteous.

The room we had was OK as we were only staying over night. The room had a lovely view of the grounds and was practical. The bad points were the toilet seat needs changing as it was discoloured yellow. Not nice. The other bad point which is not directly the hotels fault was some of the other guests staying on the same floor as us. They did not go to sleep until the early hours of the morning and then we're up at 5 in the morning on leaving our room at 7 we found about 10 peppy all sat out side in the hall way. Some advise would not to put a single party in a big group party on the same floor. Not a good ideas.

We were extremely disappointed as we went for my 40th birthday.

Banging of doors and people being very load up until 1:30 in the morning and started again at 6:30 am. Although we reported it to the staff, nothing was done and as a result the best they could offer us in the way of compensation was half out money back. We will definitely not be returning nor recommending
