Value for money.

Whilst not particularly modern it has all you need and is comfortable.

Good value for money. As with most of Scarborough, parking is a chore. I was lucky enough to be able to park on the properties drive, but not sure how often this would work.

Good but room for improvement

The hosts were pleasant, the breakfast was excellent, the public rooms are well decorated and furnished but the room itself needs some attention.

The door squeaked horrendously and the shower head was too small but these could be remedied so easily. The glass in the bathroom was dirty and this was not noticed during housekeeping. The colours of the carpet, walls, bedding and curtains all clashed which was completely in contrast to the rest of the hotel.
