How to maximise profits from a tiered and run down property with little as possible effort
Upon arrival in the late afternoon we were welcomed by the landlady.
Luckily, that meant I saw her changing the bed linen because otherwise I would not have believed it. The bathroom could barely hold one adult and was quite filthy with the shower curtain and toilt brush molding away. The whole carpet had not seen a vaccuum cleaner for some time and the cup stains on the night stands still fresh. I had booked a family room for the two of us believing that this would give us a bit more space but like the whole house it was tiny and crammed. Hard to believe the steep and small staircase meets any fire regulations. Breakfast was edible but a glimpse in the kitchen finished me off for the day. All in all, I was never so glad before leaving a holiday accommodation.
Homely and cosy.
Breakfast was great and room was clean. En suite quite cramped and stairways very narrow but lovely place to stay for a night. Only 5-10 min walk to north bay and 10-15 to south beach. Free permit for parking on road outside.
