The hotel is clean and welcoming and has a good bar and dining room.
However we were in the lower rooms and the noise from people walking in the dining room above is a bit off putting as is the back stairs as the noise again carries through to the room. However the few niggles we had were sorted out .
Hotel was very convenient for walking in to Hastings along the seafront.
Parking was also advantageous. Breakfast was very good and staff were friendly. Room was a little tired but one felt the hotel was being refurbished as all public rooms were fresh and bright and modern. We would use it again.
