About the hotel
Boulston Manor is a classic Georgian Manor house overlooking the Cleddau estuary and is located 3 miles from the County town of Haverfordwest. The road to the Manor provides tantaling glimses of the river as you pass through ancient woodlanduntil the Manor appears in front of you. A warm welcome is assured and the classic Georgian manor drawing room with views of the river is yours to enjoy; soft sofas, horsey pictures and a grand piano set the atmosphere.
Many a happy hour can be spent waiting for Mr Darcey to canter up the Front Park. The house was refurbished in 2007 with the installation of new central heating, rewiring and new decoration. A log biomass boiler is situated in the cellar of the house and provides the hot water required for the large baths. Timber is sourced from the 17+ acres of woodland surrounding the house. The Gold Cup Suite is the largest of the suites with a balcony for visitors to take in the view. The room is south facing so enjoys the morning sun and spectacular evening views of the the sun setting on the woodland alongside the river. Boulston Manor is located on a peninsula so there are riverside walks to relax and observe the wildlife including the Canada geese first introduced from Slimbridge in the early 1950's.

Wonderful old manor house brought up to date with all modern amenities whilst still retaining its character and unique identity.
Wonderful scenic and tranquil setting. Warm and friendly welcome from the owners. Shame it was only a one night stay - but it's somewhere that, now that we've found it, we will definitely return to for a longer stay. Epic breakfast!!
The hosts Jules and Rod were very friendly and approachable, nothing was too much trouble.
The breakfasts were delicious and there was a good choice of food on the breakfast menu. The Gold Cup room was outstanding and the rest of the house was full of interest with antiques and paintings. The gardens and view of the river Cleddau were superb. A visit to the ruins of Boulston Church and Hall made for a lovely afternoon walk. We would definitely return here. Our three nights spent here were relaxing and idyllic.
