About the hotel

Tabsfield is an undeniably beautiful house that was built in the 1890’s by the local mill-owner. From an elevated position, we enjoy spectacular views over the Darenth Valley. Tabsfield has well-established landscape gardens too with sets of Croquet and Boules, as well as a selection of board games for guests to use.

Breakfast may be taken in the garden in the summer months. Eynsford’s quaint pubs, restaurants and numerous ancient buildings are within walking distance of the house, and Brands Hatch, London Victoria, the Eurostar at Ebbsfleet, and the South Coast are just a taste of what is easily accessible from this superbly placed retreat. So whether in the region on business or pleasure, your hosts are here to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay in utmost comfort.

What can I say.

This place is wonderful!. The room was lovely!the bed is just to die for . The pillows are majestic honestly if you want a fantastic nights sleep you must stay here!. The bathroom was second to none with an enormous stand alone bath. Then when you go for breakfast the couple that own the place can't do enough for you. The breakfast was fantastic too. The only negative was I had to leave lol. I would say I stay at least 3 nights a week in hotels etc and this one is up with the best I've ever stayed in if not the best.

Would recommend and return

We stayed in the largest of the four rooms.

It was huge. Beautifully appointed room with a very comfortable, extra-wide bed. Heating was very effective despite the size of the room.

Bathroom to suit.

Breakfast buffet was extensive and cooked main dish was spot on.

Importantly, our hosts were an attentive and engaging couple who created a warm and welcoming environment.
