Looks better than it is!
Very convenient for the Skegness entertainment.
In fact, a bit too close as it keeps you awake if you are at the front of the hotel. We had a small room with balcony. The balcony was great - although clearly used by smokers. You have to push through smokers at the front door too!
We arrived 45 minutes early but couldn't book in so we sat outside.
30 minutes later an employee signed us in & we went to our room which was tidy & the shower & toilet was small. At 6-30 in the morning cleaners were hoovering. Breakfast time - left standing by tables while employees ran up & down for 5/10 mins with other customers eventually our table was ready so no Apple juice no soyah milk & the cooked food mushy & bland cheap food ( tesco own make)
