Good food but nothing else
Arrived at the hotel and very quickly discovered it was being used as a refuge by alcoholics and homeless.
Got to my room which was clean enough but the mattress was horrendous on the bed. It sagged right across the middle and was as uncomfortable as hell!. Went into the bathroom which on 1st inspection looked recently refurbished and good spec. Picked up my towel and the towel ring cam with it. Turned on the shower and water just dribbled out. Saying that though the evening meal and breakfast were excellent in the Savory Restaurant. The Chef is by far their biggest asset and if they go then God help the place!. Won't be booking there again.
The room was generous in size for the 3 of us with a double bed and 2 singles.
Everything was fine the only negative really being a lack of a shaving point in the bathroom.
