Too hot and too cold!!
The room didn't look like any pictures on line.
The bed was uncomfortable and lumpy, it was uneven and higher at the bottom then at the top of the bed.
The shower was electrical heating and wasn't reliable, was advised to leave water running before changing temperature however this did not work. The water went from boiling hot to extremely cold in a matter of seconds and continued to flick between the two extremes. I paid £160 for the two nights and I think it was a little on the expensive side for what we received.
The rooms were not to standard as number 18 smelt very unpleasant and made are clothes smell and number 21 we had to ask for another key to get in the room as everyrime we went out we couldn't get back in.
The staff were friendly and helpful and provided extra towels as only one set were given for a double room. The breakfast orders were completely wrong but the customer service from the young waitress was great and she tried her best with orders.
