Not a resort, but a below-paar hostel!
I am writing a seperate complaint letter to LateRooms about my stay, but in a nutshell this accommodation rated itself 4* - I am not entirely sure on what grounds.
For starters, there was no air conditioning in the rooms. I had a ceiling fan that basically stirred hot air. Had to resort to sleeping naked and cold water bottles to help cope with the heat. The accommodation itself is not cosy or nice in any way, absolute minimum comfort. No mirrors in the toilets or bathrooms. Cleaner never came to change the sheets or the towels that smellt of damp in the 4 nights I was there. The Internet pretty much never worked. Staff were friendly and as accommodating as could be, but one appeared to not know what she was doing which isn't representstove of a "four star resort". No breakfast/lunch/dinner options, closest place for food is the petrol station.
