Not good

The welcome was less than friendly

There were baguette crumbs in the drawer

There were old individual toiletries on top of the shower controls

The shower was blocked so you were stood in water

The over bed fan was so filthy with dust that some of the dust was hanging down

Although breakfast was included it didn't start til 8.30 which was too late for me

There was no offer of something being left out for me and no discount

Excellent short stay

I stayed here for just one night but in that short stay, I experienced wonderful customer service.

I arrived and was taken care of straight away- I was given my room key very quickly and also was given some information about breakfast the following day. When I got to my room, I found it to be comfortable, clean and bright. I later went for dinner in the pub which was absolutely delicious- I would recommend the lamb shank. The next morning, breakfast was lovely- several different options so you would be happy regardless of your choice in food. Overall, the food, staff and room were wonderful. Very highly recommend!
