The hotel and staff were great .
The staff were very busy and booking in took some time as there were only two staff on duty. Although cited as city centre it took about 30-45 minutes to walk into the centre for food, having the choice of walking along a busy dual carriageway or through a very lonely, poorly lit, desolate new estate which if I'd been alone, I would have been frightened. The hotel was also quite hard to find.
Great service and lovely room.
