Stop over for three nights near to the airport

I stopped here because it was near the airport for a very early morning flight home.

The room was average, service was fine but the cost of eating in the hotel was far to expensive for what you received. In future I will stay further away from the airport and unfortunately have to rise earlier.

Business Stay

Worst hotel I have stayed in while visiting Ireland.

I travel to Ireland very often and never had an issue until I stayed here. On arrival and departure receptionist was rude and very direct named Dianna. On exit and printing the invoice then this was thrown at me and at no time was I welcomed politely or thanked nicely for staying at the hotel. While in the room I called for room service (3) times with no answer but finally the receptionist "Dianna" answered the telephone and said "I am very busy so I will call you back" to say she never did and I had to call again (10) mins later. The room was awful and the heating did not work and in addition their was a really bad smell meaning you had to constantly leave the window open. The hotel bar service is very in-polite and does not really portray a calm feeling. Most of the staff are very direct and abrupt and I could not wait to leave. No cheap and I would recommend walking across the road and staying at the much better RADDISSON.
