Overall good, but oh that shower.....!!
Overall, the accommodation was fine, good value for the money. My only issue was the shower, or should I call it, the trickle!
Now I wasn't expecting a power shower, but I was expecting some power in the shower

Excellent comfort at a budget price
Surprised by the quality of the room - bed large and soft. Main meals v. good value, but my toad-in-thehole had enough pudding to test the sturdiest of stomachs. Pleasant breakfast waiter did not manage to bring us the order correctly, however, and the scrambled eggs were tasteless.

The room was dingy, the carpets worn, the standard of food was poor - the evening meal of fish and chips and mushy peas was dismal and the breakfast was below standard - the mushroom were not cooked. Overall it was a disappointing stay.

Good value for the money
Building getting to look a bit tired. but functional and serviceable. Clean bedding and towels along with a neat bathroom. reasonably priced food available good included breakfast which could have been a little hotter when presented but it was provided quickly and with good service and politeness.
