White Hart Hotel
Loveily Hotel value for money
shame about the weather
A very quite village, Good food and drinks.
All together a good place to stop.
Friendly and Helpful Pub
Staff were very helpful and friendly right from the start.
Food was nice, plentiful and good value. There is a good selection of beers and other drinks, We had a room above the bar, which was noisy, but noise died down very quickly at closing time, so OK for adults, but not for young children. The decor is a bit old fashioned, but it is a pub not an international hotel. We had one small maintenance problem in our room, which was very quickly repaired. The village is pretty, and a visit to the church is recommended.
Nice and tidy room, at the price breakfast should be included, but breakfast was very good I had full English while the wife had small one which was enough for her.
An Enjoyable Stay
Comfortable surroundings. Good food and a very restful night. Service at breakfast was excellent.
Good standard of room.
Staff very accomodating
White Hart Hotel
Although our visit to Cornwall was a sad one (funeral) What a fantastic couple of days we had seeing cousins we had not seen for 30yrs.
Jonathan & Suzy (owners of The White Hart Hotel) could not have made us feel more welcome. ALL the staff were very kind, food was excellent. Although my room was a single, it was huge. very comfortable double bed, lovely on-suite. But watch out for inch-eye-private-eye!. nothing gets passed her!(little Sophia 6yrs old) what an adorable little girl. Thank you so much for your kind hospitality.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Manager went out of his way to track down a local book for me. Food tasty, locally sourced and fresh.
Great service, shame about the room
2nd stay here, really friendly owner and staff.
Food fantastic, well presented and hot. Double room, bed comfy away from the noise of the main bar. The bathroom however was a let down, electric power shower could only get a dribble out of (though maybe my fault, couldn't find any instructions for its use). Worst bit shower door fell off, reported it on paying bill, was asked if I was OK, which was good.
