Excellent stay and spa experience
This is the second time we three women have stayed at this Hotel. It is close to all amenities and is a wonderful Hotel. the staff were very helpful, but because there were three of us staying in one room details such as toiletries , towels , robes and condiments were not in the room when we arrived and had to be requested. The manager was most apologetic that Housekeeping was not informed, but even on the second day things were missing and had to be asked for. Food was good although we only stayed for breakfast on the second day! The Hotel was well cleaned and felt luxurious. The robes were lovely and we kept them for our visit to the Spa on the last day after we had checked out.The spa is a wonderful experience as last year, and the staff are very helpful in that area. We will certainly be returning next season for another super break!

Great Hotel
One of the best hotels in Birmingham, thought bathroom would have been much bigger for an executive room. Lovely spacious bedroom and a view you could not beat. All staff were first class and very smartly dressed and keen to help and assist with anything.

Amazing service
Staff were extremely polite, offering us a choice of views for our room and a late check out option for free. Room was extremely well decorated and furnished, with great canal views. Beautiful foyer and the hotel was well appointed throughout. Would definitely stay there again.

Great central hotel, great spa/pool/sauna
Nice big room, good view (from the 6th floor), and very central (max 10 minutes walk from Victoria Square and even less from the canals).
The pool, sauna, steam room and spa were fantastic on a wet and grey day, and not too busy either.
