Clean and comfortable room.
First time we've stayed at a Days Inn.
Very pleasantly surprised at the level of cleanliness and quality of the room. Staff were very friendly and we would definitely recommend this particular hotel for its proximity to the Retail Outlet, Odeon, Sainsburys, etc.
Excellent value for money
We came down for the weekend to babysit our grandkids so booked a family room.
On our arrival we were greeted by Clare who couldn't be more welcoming. The room was very clean and even the cleaner was very friendly. Would like to say thank you to Clare for her attentiveness all weekend ( better than the big hotels)
Arrived at 1130pm and they were very welcoming room is what I needed it for to sleep as was visiting family.
Days Inn Bridgend - Cardiff - M4
Very good, value for money.
A good value hotel
At less than £50 for two nights I was a little worried about what I would find, but was pleasantly surprised.
Staff were friendly and helpful. The family room we stayed in was basic but had everything we needed and was clean and presented nicely. Was not impressed with the continental breakfast at £4.99 as for the same money you can get an unlimited breakfast at harvester a couple of mins away. Other than that we had a good stay and would definitely be happy to go back.
value for money- a little traffic noise but not as much as expected
Well priced value for money.
Cheap but not nasty
Stayed 2 nights during half term to use as a night time base only.
Served purpose brilliantly, right next door to Macarthur Glen Shopping Outlet and Odeon cinema (plenty of food places etc), far enough from motorway to not hear noise, room plenty big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids, staff all lovely. Negatives, room too hot with the heating on (yes, in February!), family room for 4 could do with 2 singles for kids rather than a sofabed and no dining facilities for breakfast at the actual hotel.
Not too bad. Cheap
We stayed here for a couple of days whilst we visited family.
For £54 for both nights we couldn't really complain about anything. The staff were friendly. A couple of them at some times were sitting having a natter but they did always acknowledge us. As far as the toom goes, it was clean, thought there were stains that had been there previously. When we got there the room was so hot. Which was nice but way too hot for us so we turned the heater off and had to have the windows open which was noisy obviously being next to the m4. Had to ask for a travel cot in the room even though I mentioned it to them over the phone. Was a nice stay, can't fault it really. For people looking for just a basic room to sleep in then it's perfect. If hey want something nice to look at then this wouldn't be the hotel.
