Weekend in Cardiff
Excellent location for shops, bars and restaurants. The staff were very helpful and provided complimentary drinks whilst they sorted our booking. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable although the furnishings were a little tired. On site parking is secure and good value. On the downside it lacked atmosphere, we never saw another guest!

No air con
Found room to be comfortable, but got very warm and stuffy at night. Could do with air conditioning as the windows didn't open a lot. Lady behind the desk was not very welcoming! Found it to be quite noisy at night with a lot of drunk people about. Don't think we will be returning.

Fantastic hotel in an ideal location.
I have never stayed at a Radisson hotel before, but it was brilliant. The room was clean and provided all the necessary amenities. I think the only thing missing was a fridge! The hotel is situated opposite the motorpoint arena and is literally a stones throw from St Davids shopping complex which is huge. It is also approx 5-10 minutes walking distance to Cardiff Central Station. The breakfast buffet is a must and has so much choice and is fresh. The hotel also has a restaurant on site for convenience. Everyone is very polite and I cannot really fault the hotel. The only slight issue was that our room was directly next to a fire door which kept on banging every so often but the rooms are pretty sound proof.

enjoyable stay
for the price the room and hotel were spotlessly clean, with nice big beds and decent showers also a portable air conditioner, there was a good choice of breakfast from fruit to cooked which would benefit from lids on the dishes to stop it drying out under the lights, but all in all an enjoyable stay, would definitely go there again, also there is a 24 hr bar

Bed requests not guaranteed.
Booked 2 TWIN rooms at £107 a night, all confirmed on email and twin rooms noted. Four men travelling together, turn up and get double beds?!?! Awkward!
Spoke to reception who couldn't be less helpful saying that twins are a request only and can't be guaranteed?! That's fine but would have been nice if confirmation said that not twins booked.
Eventually got 2 very uncomfortable camp beds which only just fitted. Poor customer service on a not cheap hotel.
Breakfast however was awesome!!!
