Lovely modern, clean hotel
Great hotel. Decorated to a high standard. Great little added extras such as chocoloates on the bed on arrival, bathrobes and the honesty bar! Great customer service from the moment of arrival!
Only had toast for breakfast, so not really able to comment on the food - looking at others in the breakfast room, it looked great!
Great location - just a few steps "over the road" to view the sea and great views!
:)
Spot-on!

Excellent service at the Helaina
Just stayed the one night but we couldn't have been made more welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and they also recommended a fabulous Italian restaurant for us to have our evening meal.
Breakfast was fantastic. First class can definitely recommend a stay at the Helaina

A nice get away
Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Food was nice enough but nothing special.
Price of room I thought was slightly overpriced however it was a bank holiday weekend.
Only comment was the walls were quite thin and the beds were a little loud if you know what I mean. I would guess the guys in the next room may put a better review on!!

The hotel owners and staff were lovely.
The room was very small but it did seem that everything was thought of even down to reviews of local restaurants which was a nice touch if you are not familiar with the area.
If you are a light sleeper you may struggle as I could hear other guests using the bathroom but I can't fault the quality of accommodation and location, if you are lucky enough to get a sea view it is lovely.
The breakfast was a little hectic and not terribly relaxing but the food and staff make up for it.
I would recommend for any couple wanting a nice weekend away.
