Reviews - Llanerchindda Farm Guest House

3Visit Wales Assessed Guest House Ratings explained
Cynghordy , Llandovery, SA20 0NB
Nestled amid 50 acres of Welsh countryside, this family-run guest house boasts comfortable en suite rooms, spectacular views of the Brecon Beacons and a wealth of outdoor activities.

After a long day you can return to the comfort of the house to relax beside the log fire in the lounge bar or, in the summer months, you can unwind in the conservatory or on the terrace, which boasts breathtaking views of the Black Mountain and the Brecon Beacons beyond

The farm presents itself as an ideal base from which to explore the natural beauty of Mid & South Wales and the Brecon Beacons.

A farmhouse style breakfast is served each morning, consisting of a choice of fruit juice, cereal, yoghurt and a full cooked buffet.

For evening dinner, 3-course meals are available (additional cost). The style is traditional, with old favourites such as steak and ale pie and chicken Llanerchindda. With prior notice, vegetarians are also well catered for with meals such as spinach and ricotta lasagna or mixed bean goulash.

Light lunches are also available, as are packed lunches (additional cost). Please give the staff prior notice each evening.

All food is home made on-site, and is prepared using fresh Welsh produce wherever possible.

On Site there are also a number of activities available (additional cost) including quad bike trekking, clay pigeon shooting, 4x4 driving and fishing.

The farm is the ideal base for many outdoor activities including Walking, Mountain Biking and Bird Watching.

The friendliest place we've stayed at for a very long time. Superb location and great food. A very different experience from the usual hotel.
