Even though I had accidently booked budget room was disappointed. No running hot water in room, kettle faulty, remote on TV not working and some concerns the extension plug stuck to wall right over the sink with evidence of faulty socket

A bit dingy and noisy - not good value
Glasgow was busy due to Celtic Connections and football. The hotel was a bit dingy and basic but at least the room was clean but basic considering the price of £144 paid.
The main problem was that after coming back at 3am other rooms were very noisy as if large parties going on. Otherwise the hotel would have been adequate.

Friendly staff, mostly fine, but room let it down
Staff were friendly and very helpful, breakfast was good, place was clean etc.
But the quality and finish of the room really let the whole experience down, not to mention the thin walls... Beware of snorer's and TV at 4am... Didn't get any sleep whatsoever...

Arrived to an unmade room, experienced a noisy night with very walls and next to a busy main road.
