great value no horror story for me

once you find your way there this is a great option

easy tram ride or 25 minute walk into centre and all you need nearby

i decided not to use the plastic designer expensive and fragile looking dining chairs just in case - see other reviews

apart from that concern I was pleasantly impressed - really nice apartment for a short stay

having the kitchenette makes all the difference

The four of us (2 men 2 women) stayed in a 2 bed apartment at the Blue rainbow and all four of us loved it...the location was very convenient being central.

The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, modern and clean. The heavy fire doors that was on every room was noisy as they swung shut with a bang but apart from that faultless. Mohammed on reception was very hospitable and friendly. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great alternative option to a hotel room.

I will definitely be staying here again.

Great value, comfortable, spotless and spacious. If they keep the prices at this level I would not look to stay anywhere else in Manchester.

Great value, great location

Bookies this a couple of weeks in advance so got a good deal.

For the money was amazing value. The quality of accommodation was v good and the beds were comfortable. 2 bathrooms, so great for family/ friends. Was an easy walk to the town centre. Plenty of parking all around which cost less than £5 for 24hours (and could come and go for this). Would definitely stay here again.

Noisiest hotel I have ever stayed at. dont go if you want to sleep

Loud bangs all through the night.

Loud music and noise. I was told the following morning it's people using the gymnasium at all hours and the noise of the weights being dropped echoes aground the circular building. Horrific sleep.

Good location, but that is about it.

Location excellent for Deansgate area of Manchester, but turned up and given an apartment next to the front door with bedroom separated by a thin wall/window.

Moved to a seventh floor apartment (£30 extra) and it was a bit grubby in places, then there was no hot water in the morning. For the price I paid, I could have got a more comfortable room in a local hotel.

What customer service

A group of 6 girls had come back from a night out (not drunk) and were chatting in the living area, there was a knock on the door and it was reception asking us to talk quieter as he could hear us from the lift (our room was next to the lift), no one had complained and he had no reason to be on the 7th floor.

When we went down to reception for one of the girls to leave the receptionist was playing music (and we were asked to talk quieter). At 3am after being in bed for an hour we were woken to a large group of males being rowdy, banging and shouting... They weren't asked to be quiet yet they were causing a problem. Accommodation itself was lovely but due to the staff I wouldn't stay here again.
