No Customer Service Skills
Hotel room was cool and bath tubs are also Jacuzzi's. Bit pricey for so far from city, but alcohol, JUST Red Bull. Also told on phone by reception, don't sell toothbrushes. Then discover on last day sell toiletries in the spa in hotel. Overall NOT greatest customer service, but the hotel itself was good.

Hotel was good value for money, it was clean. If it was updated it would be fantastic, but then the price would be more. It was cheap and we got what we expected.

Very enjoyable stay
We were upgraded because they were quiet, that is what the reception told us. We have stayed many times at Britannia Court, Palatine Road, and never had a bad experience. The room was executive grade, very nice, very clean, jacuzzi in the bathroom. As always the food was well presented with a good variety to choose from. No complaints at all

Noisy Nights
Every night lots of activity down our corridor especially on the Saturday night. Poor nights sleep for my daughter did not help her performance in British squash tournament next day. Also found the building extremely hot especially bar area.
