Frequent Customers

We stay at this hotel mainly because it is convenient, inexpensive and the breakfast is usually good.

We have several members of our family in the area so it gives us a chance to see most of them at each visit.

OK for a one night stay

We stayed here en route to Dorset.

Was easy to find and parking was adequate. There were few staff and we had to ask at the bar for someone to book us in (and again when we wanted to pay the bill the next morning). Fairly standard pub menu, but reasonably priced. Breakfast was ok. The room was large, adequately furnished and clean, but no frills. We had a good night's sleep on firm beds. A quirky building with several short flights of stairs connecting the different levels, so probably not ideal for elderly or infirm guests.
