Not dog friendly!!

We stayed in April 2015.

Customer Service - Hotel owner was very rude, We stayed with our two dogs and were told to leave them in the car for breakfast as they weren't allowed in the breakfast room (not stated on the site), we asked for it in our room, he wasn't pleased to say yes but did, we still had to go down and collect it and take it back down once we were finished. Made a complaint about a sleepless night due to a child screaming from 4-7 in the morning, all the hotel owner said was not my problem and nothing I can do about it. Not even apology. Quality of food- Found a hair on our plate so we took it back down to hotel owner and told him and there was no response or apology for the hair.

Cleanliness of accommodation- Not much attention to detail when it comes to cleaning, bath had lots of hair and dirt. Quality of your room- The room had to be the best thing about the B&B. Bed was comfortable. I wouldn't recommend staying with your dogs.

What a find!

This little hotel is a gem.

The owners are doing a great job refurbishing and the rooms we saw are lovely, very stylish and comfortable. Breakfast has everything you need with the full works (inc veg sausage option), juices, yoghurts, fresh fruits, range of teas and a good range of children-friendly cereals as well as healthier ones. We liked the crisps and a choc bar in the room to boost the pack lunch for our trip up Snowdon. Great value for money.
