Bad parking , smelly bins
On arrival we tried to park but it was very awkward and couldn't find anywhere to park our car for ages.
We then had a wait ages to check in and then when we did get our room it was next to some of the smelliest bins ever. The smell wafted in was very horrid. Nice room though comfy bed wouldn't say worth the price we paid though
What has happened to the Pelham, staff seemed disorganised and lacking experience.
My husband ordered a pint and the bar staff couldn't pull a pint. The breakfast was chaotic and our food arrived at different times; however the quality of the food was great. The housekeeping was also lacking, low level surfaces were dusty and hadn't been cleaned for sometime. The hospitality tray had no spoons and only one biscuit between the two of us. It's such a shame because this hotel has a lovely feel and the garden is beautiful with wonderful views. I don't normally post negative reviews but at £152 per night b&b they need to up their game. Come on Pelham you can do better!
