What has happened to the Pelham, staff seemed disorganised and lacking experience.

My husband ordered a pint and the bar staff couldn't pull a pint. The breakfast was chaotic and our food arrived at different times; however the quality of the food was great. The housekeeping was also lacking, low level surfaces were dusty and hadn't been cleaned for sometime. The hospitality tray had no spoons and only one biscuit between the two of us. It's such a shame because this hotel has a lovely feel and the garden is beautiful with wonderful views. I don't normally post negative reviews but at £152 per night b&b they need to up their game. Come on Pelham you can do better!

Loved the hotel.

Very nice decor, lovely for a romantic night away. Double bath is always a nice touch. The only thing was we didn't reserve parking in advance (no option to) but were still aloud to park on site even without a free space. Would recommend
