The Briar Rose Hotel
I had a lovely stay at The Briar Hotel, the room was spacious, the bed very comfy, there was heatèd towel rails which were very welcoming as my towel was lovèly and hot when I took it of the rail after my shower.
I was impressed that I got proper quality coffee and tbags, biscuits and also a bottle of water. The service at the hotel from the 2 receptionists was wonderful, they were both do helpful and couldn't do enough for me particularly Shannon who was thè receptionist on Saturday evening, she even looked up train times for me to the Genting arena where I wanted to go. I was let down by the food the evening before, my panini was cheese and tomato, the cheese had barèly melted and the tomato had just been shoved inbetween the bread, the chips were stone cold too. However, I mentioned it to the receptionist and she was so apologetic and said she'd be saying something to the chef but she offered me a complimentary breakfast which I couldn't stay for so she offered me takeaway breakfast instead so I accepted. All in all, I enjoyed my stay, was impressed with the spacious rooms, facilities, cleanliness and the friendliness and efficiency of the staff.
