Stayed here overnight after attending a Kevin Bridges show at the Hydro because it was very convenient and reasonably priced.

Room had everything we needed for our stay including a sofa bed therefore convenient for a third person to stay if you had been in a group of friends and at no extra cost. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we had a good nights sleep. Breakfast choice wasn't the best Choice I have seen but it was adequate, fresh and good value for money. I would stay there again if attending an event in or around the SECC.

Don't bother with breakfast

Room dated.

Little bit of modernisation would go a long way. Staff brilliant and can't fault them. Why do hotels not provide toilet brushes?. Stayed over with a new boyfriend and was mortified when my Chinese from the nice restaurant across the road made an appearance and I couldn't hide the devastation in the bathroom. Pebble dash everywhere. Please give us loo brushes. Breakfast... Dick Turpin wore a mask. Warmed up stuff doesn't really hit the mark. My new boyfriend said the sausage tasted like lard and the bacon was barely cooked but left to warm up. My veggie version was pretty poor. McDonalds would have been a better option for us and we hate McDonalds.

Staff need to be paid more to put up with the shame of working in a dated hotel with mediocre food.
