Enjoyable stay

My friend and I stayed in the twin room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. We had a bar meal as well as a full English in the morning. My only observation is that the room needed a few more touches like pictures on the wall to make it a bit more inviting. The towel rail in the bathroom did not work either. These minor points did not detract from the overall experience.

A pleasant 1 night stay

had a good pub lunch, followed by a one night stay.

Room was clean, and of a good size. Bed was very soft and room was not pre heated before arrival. Apart from that the stay was excellent with a great full english breakfast in the morning. I would recommend this for a short stay, and was good value for money compared to hotels in the area.
