Fab stay - again!

Great base for the New Quay / Llangrannog / Mwnt / Aberaeron area.

Comfortable accommodation, beautiful setting, plenty of supplies and local produce in the fridge / room and the cooked breakfast is to die for. Barbara is a great host, there if you need her but not if you don't. Highly recommended 😀

Great little place to stay ??

First thing we need to say is if you are coming from the Aberystwyth end, as your sat nav says you are getting very close, keep going and look out for the Synod Inn pub on the right at the crossroads.

Continue along the road and look for a P parking sign on the left. The Swallows drive is exactly opposite on the right - We arrived in the dark and had to ring Barbara the host to announce we were lost. On arrival we arrived to a lovely welcome and the place was all fairy lit. We stayed in the apartment attached to the main house which was lovely and warm with a nice veranda too. The decor was very modern, complete with sofa, table & chairs, tv, broadband, kitchen & crockery. Along with a microwave, toaster, choice of fresh breads, spread, preserves, yogurts, teas, coffees, milk and juice for which I was over the moon with as non tea & coffee drinkers are never catered for. The kingsize

bed was very comfortable with a choice of pillows, there is also a third bed & wet room. In the mornings we sent a text to Barbara with our cooked breakfast requests and it came all hot and fresh as promised - we loved the local and home-made produce. Barbara cannot do enough for you if you need her, otherwise you are left to your own devices 😄. The only negative comment we could mention is the bathroom door & part of the veranda needed to be painted, but of course that didn't spoil our stay in any way. We loved it - Thank you.
