superb, traditional countryrestaurant and hotel
We stayed overnight following a private event at The Three Acres. We first stayed for a similar reason 6 years ago.
comfortable room in the hotel itself . Only disappointment was that there was no ptoper shower and neither were there tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Despite this, the bathroom was spacious and well stocked with toiletries. We cold have telephoned for tea/coffee to be served to the room but it was not clear if this would be charged or not. Generally room was good, modern and clean.the food at our function was superb, as was the service. Breakfast was also excellent with plenty of choice. Excellent value.
Short visit to Yorkshire.
Very knowledgeable bar staff, excellent selection of single malt.
Awesome bloody Mary. Fantastic breakfast, I liked the sausage and bacon so much that I searched out the local manufacturer. The bacon and sausage are produced locally (less than two miles). Draft ales produced less than two miles away. I will use the 3 Acres again and again.
