On arrival, the first receptionist wasn't very cheerful.
The Hotel was great but, as for disabled people, it isn't when you want to get a drink or something to eat - It was raining hard for 2 days and we had to go outside and to the other end of the Hotel for this - we got very wet. The only thing wrong with the room was the bathroom. It was for a disabled person but the floor tiles were very dangerous - My Carer slipped on it and had to put towels down so I could walk out of the room. It might be alright if I had to shower in a wheelchair but I don't use certain aides - My Carer helps me. A wet room is supposed to have a special non-slip flooring down. Apart from this, we had a great time. O yes, Lynne at the bar was brilliant - very chatty and helpful - especially with me being on a mobility scooter. As soon as I got to the door, she was there to open it. A lovely, lovely lady. THANKS

Unfortunately there were marks on the walls and the position of TV wasn't great when trying to watch from bed.
Breakfast was very poor and to be charge £10pp was highly over priced.
