Good but room for improvement
The hosts were pleasant, the breakfast was excellent, the public rooms are well decorated and furnished but the room itself needs some attention.
The door squeaked horrendously and the shower head was too small but these could be remedied so easily. The glass in the bathroom was dirty and this was not noticed during housekeeping. The colours of the carpet, walls, bedding and curtains all clashed which was completely in contrast to the rest of the hotel.
Excellent value for money.
Breakfast above average......a few add ons that were much appreciated. Central heating went off quite early, so room was quit cold by 10pm. Don't know who chose the colour scene in the room, but pale colours would enhance the size of the room as well as the cosiness
